ACCREDITATION
The Federation guarantees the quality of services of its members.
The Accreditation Programme and a clear definition of the mission of the Chambers of Commerce (CCI) lead to an increasingly professionalized, homogeneous and quality conscious network.
The Belgian Chamber Network is one of the first in Europe looking in a structured way to guarantee the highes.
The Accreditation Programme describes in detail the qualitative and quantitative criteria a Chamber has to respond to in order to receive the status of Accredited Chamber. These criteria refer to the Chamber's organisational structure, management and qualities as a service provider.
Each Chamber that wishes to become a member of this network, has to complete the accreditation file and send it back to the Federation. The Accreditation Board will then analyse the file and decide of the next steps.
Demanding specifications were necessary:
- to assure the quality and coherence of the services provided
- to reinforce the efficiency of the network
- to guarantee the future of the CCI
